Building description.
The construction materials inside and outside are mainly environmentally
friendly and organic so that the best possible room temperature can
be achieved. Walking on the wooden flooring is a pleasant and air-conditioned

Ground floor: Large living-dining area with
kitchenette (fridge, two-ring stove, sink), large, covered outside bathroom
with shower and toilet.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms with air-conditioning (each 17 square metres), guest toilet and covered balcony.
The villa has space for up to 6 people to sleep. Both upper floor rooms
open out onto a covered balcony, where an outside bed can be placed.
So you can experience the starry tropical skies and the mystical full
moon nights up close.
Every villa in Bali has connections for television, telephone and internet. Warm water is generated by gas heater, the sewage system uses a closed, three-chamber system so that no sewage flows into the sea or seeps into the ground water (ECO-concept).
We have chosen tiled roofing and specially adapted insulation for long life and protection against the weather. The price includes the roof insulation.
